At Claines C.E. Primary School, our vision for Music is that every child will receive a high quality music education which engages and inspires them to develop a life-long love of music.

We believe that Music is an essential part of life, integral in the development of the whole person. Music can increase a child’s self-confidence, creativity and imagination; it can provide opportunities for self-expression and a sense of personal achievement.

 

Therefore, our vision is that through playing, singing, creating and performing, children will develop confidence, communication, thinking and creative skills and improve their emotional well-being, which will be invaluable in their future life.
